Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for certification-related fees, including examination fees, certification fees, and other administrative charges. It ensures transparency and fairness in financial transactions while maintaining the integrity of QMSAI’s certification processes.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all individuals who have paid fees for QMSAI’s certification programs, training courses, examinations, and other related services.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

3.1 Examination Fees

  • A full refund will be provided if a candidate withdraws from an exam at least 15 days before the scheduled examination date.
  • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 to 7 days before the examination date.
  • No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the examination date, except in cases of medical emergencies (with valid documentation) or other exceptional circumstances approved by QMSAI.

3.2 Certification Fees

  • If a candidate withdraws from the certification process before any assessment has been conducted, they are eligible for a 70% refund, minus administrative fees.
  • No refunds will be provided once the certification process has begun (i.e., after assessment or review of application).

3.3 Training Course Fees

  • A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs at least 10 days before the training start date.
  • A 50% refund will be given if cancellation occurs within 5 to 9 days of the training start date.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 5 days before the training starts, except for valid medical or emergency reasons.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
  • Application processing fees
  • Rescheduling fees for examinations
  • Fees for certification renewal or reinstatement
  • Administrative charges related to document processing

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [QMSAI support email] along with relevant supporting documents.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Special Considerations

  • In cases where QMSAI cancels an exam, training, or certification service, candidates will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Refund appeals may be submitted in writing if an applicant believes their case warrants special consideration.

7. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with best practices in certification services.
