This policy ensures that all interactions with QMSAI staff are conducted respectfully and ethically, free from harassment, intimidation, or unacceptable behavior.

QMSAI Employees: Employees are expected to uphold professionalism in all interactions and address potential conflicts professionally. If faced with unacceptable behavior, they should issue a warning and, if necessary, terminate the interaction (e.g., ending a call if verbal abuse continues). All incidents must be reported to their immediate supervisor.

QMSAI Leadership (Supervisors, Directors, and Executives): Leaders must ensure that employees understand and apply this policy. They are responsible for maintaining records of reported incidents and escalating serious cases to higher management for resolution.

CEO & Senior Management: The CEO or an appointed representative will review reported incidents and may issue formal warnings to external stakeholders. If the behavior persists, further actions will be taken, including limiting communication, terminating contracts, or involving legal authorities.

Legal & Compliance Department: The Legal Department will handle legal proceedings related to severe violations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and protecting QMSAI’s staff and reputation.
