To achieve QMSAI certification, candidates must demonstrate knowledge and competence in ISO auditing. While no mandatory courses are required, completing relevant training programs significantly enhances success in the certification exam.
Candidates must adhere to QMSAI’s examination guidelines:
Exam durations vary by certification type. Additional time may be granted for non-native speakers upon request.
Results will be communicated within 6 to 8 weeks via email. Candidates will receive either:
✅ Pass – Proceed to certification.
❌ Fail – Feedback will be provided on areas that need improvement. Candidates may retake the exam after addressing deficiencies.
Candidates who wish to dispute their results can file an appeal with the Certification Committee.

Once the Certification Committee validates all requirements, successful candidates will receive their official QMSAI ISO Auditor Certificate, which is valid for three years. They will also be listed in QMSAI’s certification registry.
In some cases, a recertification exam may be required to ensure the auditor remains up to date with the latest ISO standards.
❌ Auditors who fail to meet recertification requirements may have their certification suspended or withdrawn.
❌ Non-compliance may result in a reduction of certification scope.
