Obianuju is a passionate and committed QHSE Professional, a Project Safety Supervisor at Hybrid Group. A graduate of Psychology from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University. She holds various professional safety certifications in Quality, Health Safety and Environment. A certified Lead Auditor and a management system professional.

She served as the OHS Advisor at Union Bank Headquarters, Marina Lagos via GlobalPFI. She was a member of the team of auditors that conducted safety audits in all the banks in Lagos State. She is a member of many professional bodies including ASSP, IOSH, NISCN, SOWSHE etc.

Uju is a member of many noble Professional bodies such as the American Association of Safety Professionals (ASSP), The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN), Society of Women in Safety, Health and Environment-Africa (SOWSHE-A), etc. A prolific and talented writer who won 2022 IIWDC-22 Best Top Ten Development Award.
