ISO 9001:2015 foundation course is designed to enable trainees get acquainted with the basic knowledge and best practices for the implementation and management of a QMS. It gives a clause-by-clause overview of ISO 9001 requirements for a QMS, including QMS policy, performance measurements, management commitment, internal audit, management review and continual improvement and procedures.
