Is there provision for corporate member membership?
Yes, there is.

What is Regrading?
				Regrading means going onto a higher grade of QMSAI membership. Each grade has its requirements. Find out more about QMSAI grading.
What training is acceptable to regrade to Principal?
				You are expected to have successfully completed a total of 48 hours’ training or quality-related qualifications, on topics within the QMSAI structure.
How many years of experience in quality do I need to regrade?
To regrade to Principal, you will need two years of experience in quality. To regrade to associate or auditor, there is no minimum work experience required, individuals will be assessed based on competence. Find out more HERE

How much are the fees?
Membership fees for QMSAI is based on the grade. Find out more HERE
Can I pay my membership in monthly instalments?
Unfortunately, no.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes, however, evidence of payment must be provided.
I have paid my fees, but have not received any receipt.
Receipts are sent to the registered email address within 24-48 hours of payment (please note this may take up to 72 hours for payments made on a weekend or on a public holiday). Please ensure that your registered email address is functional. For further enquiries please CONTACT US
GENERAL
What is my membership number?
Membership number is the number given to you from QMSAI upon registration, this number would appear in all correspondence and invoices from the QMSAI, including membership offer emails. If you can’t find it, please CONTACT US
How do I change my details?

I’m having problems logging in online
If you are unable to login or your password reset option isn’t working, please email us at admin@q-msai.org with your details and we will reset your password for you.
How do I make a complaint or appeal against a decision?

I can’t find my name in the QMSAI Register.
If your QMSAI membership is fully paid, your name should be on the register. If it is not, please CONTACT US
My details in the QMSAI register are incorrect. How can I correct them?
Please contact us with the correct details and we’ll address it.
Can I use the QMSAI logo?
The use of the QMSAI logo is not allowed.
Permission to use the Logo would be decided strictly by the directors after a careful examination and investigation.
When do I get my membership identification?
When registration is completed, membership means of identification will be issued within 48-72 hours.
